Additional rules ➡Locals must check with us before booking ➡ Violation of the Guest total could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund. ➡You will respect and follow all community guidelines ➡This is a self check-in property, you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that you are being provided by Airbnb through either the house manual or the check in guide which is provided to you after booking. 💸Additional Fees💸 No 🐶 pet Policy -- We strictly do not allow pets on the premises. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $300 fee, and additional charges may be incurred if any pet-related documentation, such as dander or pet waste, is discovered. No 🚭 smoking -- Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the house or within 15ft (5 meters) of the house. A $300 fee will be charged for violating this rule. No Third-Party Bookings -- The person who booked the stay must stay in the property. Third-party bookings are not permitted. No Visitors -- No visitors are allowed on the properties unless agreed by the host. Party and events are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a fine of $800. Extra Guests -- No additional guests beyond the specified limit. A fee of $100 per extra guest per night will be charged. Quiet Hours -- Maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Respect the peace and privacy of neighbors. Keep your voice down inside of the house. No loud music/TV. No laundry during quiet time Early Check-in / Late Check-out -- Please no early check-in or late check-out without permission from the host. There will be a late fee of $50 for checkout time 30 minutes after scheduled checkout. There will be a late fee of $100 for checkout after 2 hours after scheduled checkout Prohibited Items 🧨 -- Fireworks, sparklers, rockets, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on the property. Illegal Activities -- No illegal drug use, abuse of any person, or harboring fugitives. (Violation of this rule will lead to immediate termination of the agreement with no refund) Parking 🅿-- Follow the parking instructions provided in the check-in message. We are not liable for towing or ticketing. Toiletries and Essentials -- Initial consumables such as toiletries, shampoo etc. are provided upon check-in. Guests are responsible for replenishing during their stay. Linens and Towels -- No free daily housekeeping is provided. Additional cleaning is available for request at additional costs. Do not take towels or linens from the property. Internet Service 🛜 -- High-speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience. No refund for outages, speed, access problems, or personal preferences. Plumbing Guidelines 🧻-- Only flush toilet paper, no feminine products or "flushable" wipes. Clogging the plumbing will result in a minimum $200 charge for damages and repairs. ➡If breaking any of these rules leads to a refund or discount to the next guest you are responsible for paying this amount ➡As of July 1 2024 in accordance with Florida law any guest found staying in or on the property that has not paid for that days stay will be reported to and immediately removed by the police 🚓
